The card does the follow-up.

Three things the card does by itself, set once from the dashboard: ask for a Google review, bring back a regular who stopped coming, and show up on the lock screen when a customer walks by.

Google reviews · Pro and up

Ask for a review.

After the visit you choose, the third by default, the card asks once for a Google review, about an hour and a half after the visit and never at night. The link is tracked, so you see how many were asked and how many opened it.

No reward for reviewing and no filtering by rating. The daily chart shows your Google rating and review count over time.

Win-back · Business and up

Bring them back.

A regular who hasn't visited in 14, 30, 60 or 90 days gets your message on their lock screen, once per absence. You write it; it goes out at ten in the morning, your time.

One in ten gets no message, so the results card can tell you how many came back because of it rather than by chance.

Near your business · All plans, iPhone

On the lock screen nearby.

Set your location once. When a customer with an iPhone is near, their card appears on the lock screen with the line you wrote. It's a suggestion iOS makes, not a push notification.

Announcements are the manual one: a message of up to 160 characters from the dashboard or the team app, delivered as a notification to every card of a program. Each plan has a weekly quota.

Measured.

Each automation shows its numbers in the dashboard.

  • Asked and opened

How many customers the card asked for a review and how many opened the link.

  • Rating over time

Your Google rating and review count, snapshotted daily, from the day you turned it on.

  • Came back, against the comparison group

Messaged customers who returned within two weeks, next to the ones who got no message.

A review is asked once per customer, ever. A win-back message goes out once per absence and never more than once every ninety days. Announcements have a weekly quota per plan. Near your business isn't a notification: the card just surfaces on the lock screen.

Review prompts, win-back messages and announcements reach both Apple and Google Wallet. Near your business is an iPhone feature; Google Wallet doesn't surface cards by location.

Yes, at any time, from Automations in the dashboard. The next send uses the new text.

Near your business is on every plan, including Free. Google review requests start at Pro. Win-back messages start at Business, because measuring them needs a few hundred sends.

On unlimited coupons, yes: each redemption counts as a visit. Single-use coupons never ask. Once redeemed, the pass is used up.
