Programs by invitation only.

Some cards aren't for everyone: the members' card, the VIP coupon, a perk for your own staff. An invite-only program is hidden from the public join page, and only your team issues it.

What changes.

  • Hidden from the join page

The program doesn't appear on your public page, and its QR, link and NFC sections disappear from Distribution.

  • Only the team issues it

Cards are issued from the dashboard, to one contact or a selection, or from the team app at the counter by email.

  • Everything else is the same

Stamps, coupons, announcements, review prompts and win-back messages work exactly as on a public program.

What it's for.

  • The members' card

A stamp card for the people who pay a membership, issued when they join.

  • The VIP coupon

A coupon for your best customers, handed out by the team rather than printed on a poster.

  • Staff and friends

A perk for your own team or your suppliers that nobody else should be able to scan into.

  • An event or a launch

A card for the guests of one evening, issued at the door from the app.

Issuing a card.

  1. 01

Set the program to invite only

On the program's Distribution page, choose “Invite only”. Public programs can be switched at any time; existing cards keep working.

  2. 02

    Issue from the dashboard

Pick a contact, or several, and issue the card. They get it by email with the Add to Wallet buttons.

  3. 03

Or sign them up at the counter

In the team app, “New customer” asks for an email and issues the card on the spot.

Nothing. They keep working, keep getting stamps and keep receiving messages. Only new joins through the public page stop.

The join page says the program is by invitation only. It never enrols them in another program by mistake.

Any plan, Free included. An invite-only program counts like any other against your plan's program limit.
