Set Loyalshy up for your clients.

Agencies, consultants and POS resellers set up loyalty programs for the businesses they already serve. You set it up, hand it over, and stay on as program manager.

How it works.

  1. 01

    Become a partner

Write to us. We flag your account as a partner and the partner console appears in your dashboard.

  2. 02

    Set the client up

“New client setup” creates the client's workspace with you as owner. Design the card, print the QR, invite their team.

  3. 03

    Hand it over

Generate a one-time claim link and send it to the owner. When they claim it, the business is theirs: billing, team, settings.

  4. 04

    Stay on as program manager

You keep access to design, distribution and programs, without seeing their billing. Your seat never counts against their plan.

The partner console.

Every client in one place.

  • Portfolio

Every client you set up, with a checklist: program published, first customers in, owner claimed.

  • Referral link

A link with your code. Businesses that sign up through it are attributed to you.

  • Request access

Lost access to a client you set up? Ask the owner in one click. They get an email that opens the invite dialog.

  • A seat that doesn't count

Your membership in a client's workspace is exempt from their plan's team limit.

Who it's for.

  • Marketing agencies

Add loyalty to the services you already sell to local businesses.

  • Hospitality consultants

Set the program up as part of an opening or a refresh.

  • POS resellers

Loyalshy runs beside any POS. Sell it with the till.

  • Designers and printers

You design the card and the counter material; the client gets the whole program.

Terms.

Partner terms are agreed one to one: a setup fee you charge your client and a share of the subscription. Write to us and we'll work it out.

Questions from partners.

Anything else? Email us and we'll answer by email.

No. Partner accounts are free. Your clients pay for their own plan once they outgrow Free.

After the handoff, the client. They own billing, team and settings. You keep program access as program manager, and they can remove you whenever they want.

Before the handoff you are the owner, so you can. After it, billing belongs to the client.

Businesses that register through your link are attributed to you, even if you never set anything up for them. The attribution lasts as long as the account does.

It depends on the volume and on what you bring. We agree it with each partner. Write to us.
